Browning red in colour, with wonderful clarity in the glass. The nose is developed with savoury stewed plums and cedar. The palate shows complexity that only an aged cabernet can show, there is plum and blackberry fruit with some mint towards the finish. Exceptional fine grained and persistant tannins run throughout the wine, with a finish that shows leather and considerable length. Review Link - www.winereviewer.com.au (drink by 2010)
