  The medium bodied palate is dry, well-balanced by acidity and rich in tropical fruit (and an absolutely delicate yellow raspberry flavor). Not really oily or greasy at all but rather spicy and peppery with nice ginger and salt liquorice notes towards the mid-length finish showing some minerally precision.
  Definitely a good richer unoaked Chardonnay.
