Bouche un peu rondelette mais encore bien minérale, roche mouillée, zeste d'agrumes, longueur moyenne. Tout ça, juste dans un Chabllis de plus de 10 ans. Incroyable.. Très bon. **

This was shockingly good: showing virtually no signs of age; crisp apple and crushed stone on the nose; just enough fat to stand up to acid and crisp minerality. Very fresh and tasty for a quite modest bottle of wine.

Nez: Orange, confits Bouche: coing, safran et pain grillé m'a semblé plus harmonieux que la première bouteille, l'acidité semblant plus relevée. à boire maintenant cependant.

Time has done this wine well, as the searing acidity and minerality have mellowed enough to make this a wonderfully flavorful food wine. By itself, it is still somewhat harsh -- especially at warmer temperatures. Keep this one cool! Me - 88, wife - 90.
