An educational wine for me, my first "dry" Mosel. First, very stinky, sulfury nose. I'm not positive whether it is a result of excessive sulfur use, whether it is the "sponti", or what - but really stinky, and showing no signs of blowing off. Palate is bitingly acid, with just an ever so slight touch of RS to offset. Labelled alcohol is 11%, so the dryness makes sense. Not the best introduction to the dry wines of the Mosel, and I'll stick to Reinhold Haart's pradikat wines.
