Big and buttery, caramelized apple vanilla cream. Not really my style. I do like the acid that creeps in on the finish. Too much oak to let any fruit out. May pair well with a creamy and rich dish.

Aroma of buttered popcorn, honey, and oak. Viscous mouth feel. Flavors of butter, honey, pineapple. Long finish. Oakiness too overpowering for me.
