2.5 years of bottle age on this. Drank alongside a new one. Not a huge difference other than mellowed carbonation and a little more toned down. I think a little too sweet and belgian bubble gum for my palate. Didn't notice a huge change on this vs some other aged Belgians I've had. More caramel and sweet vs newer. Not all that impressed by the change. Either too young or not worth aging.

Darker amber. Softly hoppy, with a slightly sweet malt to the medium body. Finishes cleanly, evenly. Above-average complexity on the nose, with a satisfying array of flavors and an engaging mouthfeel. 8,5% abv, would most certainly buy again

I didn't care for it. Too malty for my taste.
