Very acidic, low sugar and dry. Taste did not develop significantly after opening and drinking over 1 hour. Disappointing for Zind-Humbrecht and for the vintage.

Bright golden colour Nose of orange zest and lemon oil. I stop short of saying that it was kerosene but more of an orange oil. Zesty with hint of frissante bright acidity and a long finish. Recommended

This wine has evolved very nicely and seems more in balance. Drinking very well now.

Very citric and crisp at first, then a fuller riesling taste. A distinctive wine!
