  day 1. this was really mineral and herbal dominated. fennel bulb and knife like herb palate. saline and crushed seashell flavors really shine.
  day 2. this wine settles down and really gets pretty. floral and some astringent herbals. a light pineapple fruit in the nose and the finish really emphasizes a creamy element. such a richness for grigio coming off the nose balanced nicely with the herbal underpinnings this wine champions right now.
