Popped over Birthday dinner at Jade Palace Seafood Restaurant. Appearance is clear, pale intensity, lemon colour. Legs. Nose is clean, medium intensity, with aromas of white flowers, pear, honeysuckle, mild nutty oak. Developing. On the palate, dry, good medium+ acidity, medium alcohol, medium body. Medium flavor intensity, with flavours of white flowers, peach, pear, honeysuckle, mild nutty oak. Medium+ finish. Very good quality. Elegant rather than opulent. Not as rich as the André Perret Condrieu Chery which I prefer. Can drink now, and over the next 2-3 years.

Rusty, honey-coated, autumnal aromas of apple and flowers baked into a pastry with ginger and cinnamon. This is concentrated and sappy, oozing with the buttery essence of flowers, apple, green tropical and green stone fruit along with a yogurt-like sour acidity. Rich but focused, like a rainbow of fruit concentrated through a prism back to white light. ✭✭

Rich, aromatic, waxy, with a pear juice richness and a peachy-pitty thing that's ripe but slightly bitter at the same time. Voluptuous, carressing, elegant, and full of character made for sipping. Really enjoyed this. Try with curry chicken or curry pork chops.
