  Red fruit and earth nose followed by lots of cherry, raspberry, and earth. This is a big pinot, non Burgundian, just terrific with lots of layers. It's well balanced with a great mouth feel and a long finish. This was our special birthday wine for a good friend who loves his pinots, it was a great choice.
