  on opening,bright cherry in the glass and tart cherry on the palate,sharp and quite acidic.
  decanted for an hour, gained a lot more depth and fruit, now full on sweetish black cherry, the acidity has toned down a lot but is still present
  a good value alternative to an Amerone but a poor substitute
