(Jermann Vintage Tunina Venezia Giulia IGT) Light lemon yellow color; ripe lemon, poached pear nose; tight, light citrus, tart pear, mineral palate; medium-plus finish 90+ points (pretty high priced at about $55; field blend of Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc, Malvasia, Ribolla Gialla and Picolit; late harvested and co-fermented, aged mainly in stainless steel, 15% in oak foudres)

Garagiste selection. 13.5% ABV
Color: brilliant deep yellow gold
Nose: complex aromas of stone fruit, especially peach. Dried flowers
Body/flavor: medium-full body; amazing mouth feel; citrus and warm dried fruit; very well balanced; still has acid structure. Still has time, but will probably drink over next 2 - 3 years max.
Aftertaste: lingering.
Amazing bottle from Friuli Venezia-Giulia. Thankful I still have one bottle left!

Ripe orchard fruit with butterscotch and honeycomb, seemingly almost demi-sec. Very good concentration and good length. I like this a lot more now vs when last tasted in 2013. Much better with food than on it own.
