Open bottle carefully, proceed to drain, pour quickly down the drain, turn on disposal, rinse, repeat.
OK, its not that bad, but there is something artificial about the acidity. Not overtly oaky after some air, but something un-natural. I tend to agree with Richard Jennings.

(Concannon Vineyard Chardonnay Conservancy Livermore Valley) Light green-tinged yellow color; floral, tart pear nose; tart pear, tangy, oak palate that tastes of acidification; medium finish

Nicely balanced with a medium long oak finish. Well worth the price.

Apple aromas, and oakey vanilla flavors. Not an ideal food partner.
