  I cellared this $22 bottle of 2007 Pinot as part of an experiment to see if cellaring cheaper wines would make a difference in taste over time. Probably no surprise to you oenophiles, but this wine at least confirmed it did not make much difference. Cellaring this average wine took it only to slightly above average and really wasn't worth it.
