  • The nose starts off like a Bordeaux blend, but quickly takes on the Syrah funk. The plum, currant and oak are joined by meat, blood, rubber. Big, hot, oaky. Full bodied, medium+ tannin, medium acidity, high alcohol. Long finish. Interesting, but I would suggest waiting a couple more years for the oak to mellow out.
