This bordeaux blend normally sells for $25. I found it on closeout for $3. Opened my first bottle over the weekend. Paired with steaks on the grill. Not decanted but it needed it. Heavily sedimented. The cork came out in several pieces. Crimson color. Somewhat gritty and earthy texture. Notes of black fruit, tar and ripe berries. Medium bodied with good length. I would drink this over the next year or so if you have any. 88 points.

Starting to decline...but not bad. Black licorice and nice finish

Totally exceeded expectations. THis rich, intense wine evokes chocolate on the mid and after. It's terrific.

A nice Washington-state bordeaux blend. A little sharp out of the bottle -- benefits from an hour in a decanter.
