Nice honeyed oxidized nose with hints of toast and a deep golden color. Big and full bodied with a sort-of creamy mouth-feel and just enough acidity to balance well. Has hints of golden apple and maybe some peach but the fruit is very subtle. Overall bright and honeyed. very nice.

This was interesting. Deep golden color. A creamy, slightly oxidized note on the nose. Oxidation eventually blows off, but it has that persistent creamy note on the palate that persists throughout. Nice fruit on the palate, with good acidity and length. Reminds me more of an older Macon or unoaked Chardonnay than Muscadet. Very nice.

Deep golden in color. Came with a synthetic cork. Smells maderized on the nose. Not sure if it's premox, bad synth cork or cooked, but this is not good compared to the fantastic 1997 I had which had a natural cork closure. I'm calling this flawed.
