  Last warm night, wife decided to make a salad Nicoise, so I thought it time to drink the bottle of Richaud rose that Marie had given us years ago, maybe 2013? We pulled in to buy 6 btls, and the tasting room was quite busy, when we told her what we wanted, and didn’t need a tasting she gave us a free bottle of rose. A seven year old rose? Still very drinkable, faded, yes, and as the wife said, a taste of butterscotch. Nice memories.
