From memory. Made from Gamay using Methode Traditionelle. Beautiful salmon color with red fruit, baked bread, and really mineral aromas. Palate follows with just great texture, red fruits, a hint of baked bread and incredible minerality. Long finish. Nice nice wine.

This is exceptional. If you tasted it blind, you'd swear it was a beautifully austere and energetic saignee rose from some hipster, organic, terroir-freak producer in Champagne. It needs about 15 minutes in the air for the bright, pure fruit to fade back into an elegant balance with the crisp acidity and the chalky minerality. How can you do this with Gamay?

This is terrific. Great purity. Precise structure. A playful interaction between an almost austere minerality, crisp citric acid and just sweet fruit.
