Above average for the price, agreed on the point of value made by others. Flower scent and apricot taste perceptible.....had with Thai food, went very well. Characteristic of a good California Riseling.

Colour: very pale yellow Clarity: clear Aroma intensity: moderate Development: youthful Aromas: grass, minerals Dry: dry Body: light Acidity: crisp Flavour itensity: flavourful Flavours: tart green apple, hint of tangerine, honey, and salt. The acidity is high but fairly well-balanced; if it wasn't so balanced it would have a slightly alcoholic taste. Not exceptional, but an enjoyable, very well-made wine for the price point. Nice with food. Would buy again, but if I had a choice I would pay the extra ~$4 for the Dr. Frank Dry Riesling over the Salmon Run. Acid: .84 g/100 ml PH: 3.07 Residual Sugar: 1.7 Alcohol %: 11.7

A touch cold on opening, but opened up nicely as it warmed a bit. Light straw color, nice citrus nose. We drank with a strawberry and avacado salad, and it was almost the perfect pairing, holding up nicely to the light vinegrette dressing because there is a hint vanilla in the citrus flavors. Medium body at 12% with just a hint of sugar, but well-balanced with acid. Not a top of the line riesling from this producer, but a solid value.
