  Tastes like lemon in good olive oil with the signature leesy texture of Peter Michael. That creamy mouthfeel wraps the acidic punch of the Sauv Blanc admirably. Lemon zest, grassy notes with a lemon thyme-esque herbal note. I cannot believe I am drinking 16 year old California Sauvignon Blanc. This is the second bottle out of seven with similar notes.
