  • Paired wonderfully with foie gras in raisin and balsamic reduction, and duck breast in chocolate coffee sauce with diced and roasted apple sauce on the side. Earthy, with forest, oak, cedar and vegetal / pepper notes when paired with food. Still a bit young, but very pleasant with dinner. Good earthy, meaty, and gamey / vegetal finish. Love it with the food pairing. 87 with food.

    Without food pairing: fruity, with notes of cedar, earth, and forest. Light, pleasant, a bit tannic (showing it is still young) but certainly well balanced. Notes of mushroom, some spice box, cedar, pine forest, raisin, and some dark plum. Nice little wine, but still much better with food pairing. 84 without food.

    I doften finns svarta oliver, charkuterier, rök och provencalska kryddor. Smaken är ungdomlig, rund med en bra körsbärs och björnbärssaftighet, balanserad syra och viss elegans.
