  In its prime, 2002. Perhaps a tad less depth than the 2002 Pruliers (Gouges) consumed very recently. But equally pretty, if not prettier, especially if depth and beauty turn out to be somewhat mutually exclusive virtues.

  Very approachable but possibly with more to give this wine shows glimpses of a very fine wine. Sweet pinot nose, no oak sticking out which i was expecting, a plush palate and dense mouthfeel, good balance and decent finish. Very enjoyable but i sense this wine can improve and gain more complexity over the next few years.
