  Last bt. Light colour with just a hint of browning. Mute nose. Served too cold. First impression was of light, sweet fruit. Delicate but persistent. As this warmed up it rounded out with raspberry, a creamy mid palate and a touch of strawberry on the end. It added weight over the evening and was developing a tail of some secondary notes. Very little acidity but the purity of the fruit prevented flabbiness. Eaten with, of course, pizza. Such a lovely (little) wine.

  Dejlig og letdrikkelig pinot. Flot lys i farven. Udemærket, men lidt svag duft af jordbær og kanel. Lækker blød smag, hvor først kirsebær og dernæst jordbær og hindbær tager over - afsluttende med et fint lille syrebid. Rigtig fin vin, men ikke en "stor" bourgogne.

  This is still too "tight", too young. Let 3/4 of the bottle sit with cork back in overnight, and it opened up a tad. Probably a better Pinot than I am giving credit for, just too young to drink at this poiint.

  I had several bottles over 2 years. at the moment going through strange period. fruit closed down, astringent and acidity sticking out

  What a transformation. Very pale pink with an immediately expressive nose. Pinot strawbs and cream. Fresh and direct. Mouth soft and sweet, much more depth than the colour suggests. Just the slight savoury tang on the edge of the fresh fruit. I presume that will develop further if I can keep my hands off my last bottle. Not going to be easy since this is giving much more than I expected given my first experience.
