  We were incredibly disappointed in this wine. It was thin with no fruit and it had oxidized. We opened it an hour prior to serving andit has been stored at a professional wine storage since we received it. We served it with Salmon and swirled to try to open it up. It never did. I was astonished to find that we paid $85.00 for this wine. We are Bergstrom club members and really like their wines, this was labeled a "Collectors Edition." There were only 4 barrels made according to the label.
