Defying the vintage's iffy reputation, this was brimming with life and gorgeous dark fruits. On the nose is an unmistakeable hit of salty, smoky bacon, followed by nuances of sage and other green herbs. Beautifully soft and supple in the mouth. Structure is deft and confident. Good for drinking now.
