It appears as though this one had some premox setting in. Darker golden color, notes of oxidation on the nose and palate. As it warmed, the premox became less evident but it was still there.

Popped, poured into a Vinturi. Medium gold color. Notes of lemon curd and a hint of Vanilla (although that could have been the brownies we were making for the little ones). Biting acidity on the palate, with only a touch of the lemon curd. Medium long finish. Not much room for this one to move.
