Community Tasting Notes (1) Avg Score: 90 points

  • First Bertagna and first Vougeot white that I have tasted. Quite tight initially, both aroma and on the palate but it opened up nicely after an hour or so. Flint and chalk nose. Flavor of flint, lemon, quince and a touch of red berries. Long and tart finish. I like it but not at my wine merchant's price.
