  Des amis passent avec des huitres, hop un petit aligoté, what else ! belle robe un peu dorée par l'âge mais encore très claire et brillante. Joli nez de citron, note d'amande et de pierre chaude chauffée au soleil. La bouche est franche, bien sèche et citronnée. L'acidité bien présente donne de la gniaque au vin. Très bien avec les huitres !
