  • Went well with our fish dinner and was actually enjoyed by someone who “doesn’t like red wines.” Not off-putting, but not complex and dynamic either. A middle-of-the-road Pinot. With that being said, there are better Pinots at lower prices. I only have one left and haven’t decided when/how to drink it.

  • Not good. Started with fruit but it quickly became sour and then overwhelmed with lead. We corked it and will try it tomorrow - hope springs eternal - particularly since the guys at Central Market recommended it. Slightly better on night 2, but still not worth the effort to pull the cork.

  • This Pinot has no complexity at all in the nose or in the mouth. It is a wall of solid friut that never develops in the glass. Full bodied with no finesse, it does not manage to show anything but chewy cherry flavors with barely any tannins that leads to an abrupt finish. It was better the second night as a smoky nose and some spice in the mouth did develop but still remained heavy handed in its approach. I don't think it is going to get better.
