  • Sauvignon Blanc 85%, Carménere 15%, this unusual blend makes up for a nicely balanced light and simple wine, easy drinker but enjoyable and pleasing although it lacks complexity. A balanced but compact nose, with no hints of excess alcohol, shows minerals and citrus (lime), the typical Sauvignon Blanc aromas (gosseberry/cat pee) are there in the back but almost non existent. The mouth is fresh and crisp, refreshing, with a very light and watery body, low acidity and a very enjoyable mineral and passion fruit aftertaste. This is how a good simple white must be constructued, easy to drink, should please everyone, very casual but enjoyable, better for solo drinking or with very light plates such as salads with very light dressings, and deffinitely a good movie wine (should go very well with popcorn)

  • Super light. Honeysuckle. Vanilla. Doesn't linger. A little bit of sparkle.
