No doubt it is Viognier - the characteristic viscosity is undeniable. But we would not be surprised, given the flavors, to hear there is 10 percent or more Chardonnay blended in, though the label gives no indication of that.

Once again tart and clean and crisp. Despite foolishly becoming a NV winery, these guys are very variable based on vintage.
