  I consumed another bottle of this excellent wine tonight at one of my favorite, local steakhouses. Apparently this is a limited production (60 bottles), hand-made Cab. According to the restaurant owner they purchased these bottles from a Napa Cultwine auction. Dark, true purple hue in color with some sediment in the bottle. Very nice bouquet of powerful, ripe dark fruit predominantely black currants and blackberries. This wine improves moderately with decanting. The midpalate and finish are pleasing with more tastes of black currants, bitterness and pepper. The great thing about this wine is that it is full bodied and pairs really well with food. Nice balance. I personally enjoy full bodied reds, but some can be over-the top with dinner. This one works out really well and won't turn-off members at your dinner table. It pairs well with grilled red meat, serrano wrapped prawns, grilled chicken and/or seafood. Then bring out your power-house Syrah/Shiraz after dinner! Highly recommended if you can find any...

  This wine was highly recommended at a local high-end Argentinian steak house that my wife and I frequent . According to the wine capatin only 60 bottles of this Cab were made and all were hand crafted... We really enjoyed it and felt alot of care was put into making this wine. I purchased one bottle to go and I will do a more detailed tasting note on it in the future. Elegant.
