Dark yellow colour. Mild nose of apple and sherry vinegar. Palate shows mild flavours of lemon and Sprite. Decent acidity, but not much carbonation left. Moderately oxidised. Still drinkable, but age has not been kind.

{diam, 12.5%, A$18) Straightforward chardonney-dominant nose. Clean and light, with medium-sized bubbles that avoid outright coarseness but that's about all. Dry, and fairly simple. You could do worse for the price.
