Pale green in color. On the opening: green apple with citron with a dash of lychee/tropical fruits. Searing acidity and a hint of bitterness leading to a (still) muted but refreshing finish with a hint of vegetables and gravel. This wine needs a bit more time to integrate as it shows the contributions of the many grapes that went into it relatively separated: Chardonnay, Semillion Blanc, Vionier, Chenin Blanc. I thought it was interesting and unusual, but it might not be to everybody's taste.
