Still tasting extremely good right now !! The cork was perfect after over a decade in the bottle. This balanced Pinot Noir was consumed over two days. Ruby color with no oxidation, clarity medium. Aromas of red raspberry and pomegranate, flavors of red fruit compote, rhubarb with a hint of forest floor and a medium finish. A really balanced Pinot Noir from the Ferrington Vineyard in the Anderson Valley appellation. This Pinot Noir is age worthy wine and may have more years of life left. My last bottle of this vintage year. I sure miss Larry and Shirley Londer.

This bottle is much better than the last. Deep burgundy color with clear glycerine edges. Aroma of rose hips and forest floor. Flavors of red plum and raspberry with a medium length finish. More typical of Ferrington than my last bottle. I have one bottle remaining to try next year.

This Ferrington did not hold up as well as I had hoped. Brick in color on the edges, aroma of forest floor, muted fruit flavors and a medium finish. I probably missed the drinking window on this one.
