ZAP 2013 (San Francisco, CA): mid maroon in color. caramelized, black fruit, raisin, on the nose. cotton candy, oak, vanilla, pepper, cherry, blueberry, on the palate. medium acid and tannins on the finish.

2013 ZAP Trade Tasting, lovely zinfandel nose of dark cherry fruit with a touch of acid to provide hints of its structure, more of the same on the palate, but also rich and lovely and extremely easy to drink this day, different but nevertheless also lovely and elegant on the palate. Medium/long finish, Bravo!!

While displaying some fruit, concentration and length was not there. Somewhat disjointed.
