  One the nose: Lots of green apple and jasmine, hints of honey, peach, and melon; a very attractive fragrance. On the palate: Very crisp with lots of acidity, medium finish. This wine will hold it's own when paired with food. Overall a well balanced wine that can be consumed solo or paired with food.

  Purchased off the wine list at Novo. Pale white gold color. Nose of apricot, citrus, schist. Crisp and refreshing on the palate, with ample acidity and minerality underlying notes of peach, grapefruit, limes, and a hint of petrol. Moderate finish with some spine to it. Lovely pairing with red Thai curry and sea bass.

  Clear and lite in the glass. Vibrant pear, citrus and wet flowers on the nose. Secondary pith and honey. Off-dry with the floral nose carrying onto the palate. Pineapple, pear and honey. Secondary stone fruit, vanilla and peel. Good acid structure and minerality, which faded as it opened. Short/medium finish. Excellent Summer drink or paired with sea food.
