Rose Fest 2011 The Gourmet Shop, Columbia, SC: On first sip, I thought this one was a little sweet. As I tasted through the whole glass, I thought it still had some extra viscosity on the palate. I'm not all that familiar with mouth feel of these grape varieties, but I think this might not be totally dry. But it does not matter. The really fresh red cherry and strawberry fruit make this delightful. It is so smooth all the way down, I think it would taste good served even a little warmer.
