AP No. 18. Aromas of pear, vanilla, lime and a touch of baking spice all riding over a bed of slate. White orchard fruit, quince and vanilla on the palate with good acid to balance the RS. Very lively as it simply glides through the mouth and all the while doing so with charm. Shows its slatey mineral core all the way through to the finish of good length.
