Interesting balance between dry and sweet. Fragrant nose of apple tinged with honey. On the palate the fruit and sweetness hit very briefly at the start and then a drying sensation mutes everything - not necessarily in a bad way, though. Leaves enough stuff around to make it refreshing.

(The Terraces Riesling) Light yellow color; aromatic, tart peach, baked pear nose; oily textured, tart peach, poached pear palate with minerality; medium-plus finish (no malo)
(The Terraces Riesling) Light yellow color; nice, ripe apple, peach nose; tasty, tart apple, tart peach palate with some minerality and good acidity; medium finish (one of the best California Rieslings I've tasted in recent years)
