  The best Dolcetto I had so far, violet and brick red, Blackberries, licorice, Light to medium bodied, very elegant, soft and silky Tannins, quite complex for a Dolcetto and not with the sweetnes that most of them have. Really a surprise.

  Клубничное варенье, малина, протертая с сахаром, сдобная выпечка, можжевельник, минеральные оттенки (креозот). Аромат яркий, свежий, праздничный.
  
  Вкус мягкий, гармоничный к аромату, свежий, легкий, но несколько пустоватый.
  
  Послевкусие длительное, сладко-танинное, приятное.
  
  Очень приятное, легкое, элегантное вино под салаты, птицу или мясные закуски.

  Faint licorice and berry aromas. Delicate blueberry flavor. Medium finish. Restrained, well balanced, attractive flavors, but needs more backbone.

  The 09 is violet, and light (almost pinot-like) in the glass. Blueberry and blackberry aromas, licorice, mineral, earth (wet mold), and a hint of bitter dark chocolate. Light to medium bodied, very elegant, refined and delicate tannins. Tad high on the alcohol (non-conclusive). Complex, much more than you would expect from a Dolcetto d’Alba. Medium long.
