  Very soft. I don't know if it's the age as I rarely drink a Chardonnay 14 years after the vintage, but it's a very soft malolactic quality with mild initial tart golden apple and a definite baked apple quality without sweetness. Full body and mouthfeel. Mellow oaked finish and oaky nose.
