  Very enjoyable last night with a hearty meat entree. It was slow to open, so we decanted the bottle for several hours. It kept evolving over the course of the evening. Complex and balanced flavors, emphasized
  mostly by tobacco and cedar. A masculine cab, not as berry and fruit rich as many others. Medium body; medium finish. Should continue drinking well for 10+ more years.
