  Wow. This was found in the back of a cabinet, moved between 2 houses.. Opened for a small Italian dinner at a friends house. Figured it would be useful as dry sherry, but wow! Started out with a light gold color with a bit of fruit and not dead, but it brightened up in an hour, color became light straw and took on more acid, fruit and a nice rich balance. Literally would have guessed a 5 year old Gavi.... Funky bottle.
