A nice wine, but nothing distinctly different from other much lower-priced Lynmar pinots (say around $60-70). This bottle follows a Williams Selyem Estate (same vintage) - each at $100. Each reflects house styles, but neither, finally, is worth the price. I've had more compelling lesser-priced WS's, as well as from my favorite, Littorai. Perhaps I really am just spoiled.

It is certainly a good wine, a notch above Lynmar's usual standard of very well-made, complex wines. But just that.
