14.1% abv. Recent auction purchase. Was hoping for more with this. Not bad, but elevated VA reduced enjoyment. Perhaps when this had more fruit presence, it was not very noticeable, but at this stage, it's pretty distracting. Otherwise, this was drinkable and provided some pleasure, but nothing special. If scoring, 85 - 87 at this stage. Maybe an off bottle or maybe this is not an ager.

A decade in the bottle. Cork a little dry, but got it out whole. Ruby color with very little oxidation, medium clarity. Aromas of strawberry and black tea, flavors of blng cherry and forest floor with a medium to long finish. A very balanced and integrated Pinot Noir. This age worthy wine may have more years of life left. Great job Aaron, another good effort.

Still with luscious fruit on the nose and palate. Silky, elegant, beautiful. Paired with Austrian meatballs in pesto, as well as rare tuna with tomatoes and cream. Really drinking in its prime. May have a year or two to go.

If you still have a bottle it is drinking lovely at this time. No decant. I coravin'd a half glass. Color is still nice and wonderful fruit coming out now. Wild raspberry, cherry a bit of spiciness I can't pinpoint. No earthiness at all. Lovely wine.

Lovely wine. I like Ehren Jordan's descriptors of Juniper and brandied plums. Certainly it's aromatic and floral, clean and focused, darkly fruited, balanced.
