  Nice apple with the typical butteriness on the nose. Excellent balance on the palate. Finish is smooth and lingering. Pairs wonderfully with shrimp pasta dishes. This is one of my favorite Cali chards, of which I am very particular. I have a hard time finding one I like. This is my favorite.
