  • Online Blind Tasting #2: *** brief notes from online blind tasting ***
Note is based on a tasting sip in the morning on day one, ~4cl on the evening and 0,1l filled in a bottle and sealed with argon gas on the evening of day three.
    Glass: Zalto Universal
Don’t drink too cold, at least 11-12 degree Celsius. Clear, medium golden color. Clean, pronounced, youthful-developing nose. Ripe exotic fruit, herbs, fresh zests, boasting mineral notes. Beautiful dense and complex!
Beautiful balance of sweetness and the high, ripe vintage typical acidity. Only 7,5% abv. Creamy and dense, more like a declassified Auslese style. Lots of exotic and pure fruit, some honey, fresh herbs, citrus zests and wonderful mineral notes. Incredible tension and vibrant energy! Veeery long and lingering finish with lots of exotic fruit and herbs. Drinks beautiful now, but with an anticipated potential for at least 20+ years. 95+
