Brought to the Left Bank in Larkspur. The WS Eastside Road PN 2011 needed to be decanted about an hour and wasn’t ready so we popped this. Slight browning in color but ready to go right out of the bottle. Lots of fruit, fully integrated with lush cherry notes. Delicious. Very Good. At its peak or in slight decline.

Jammy, with cherry pie and a dark chocolate finish. Beautiful wine. Opened without decanting.

Needed 30 minutes to open up, but still will benefit with a year or two. Gobs of blackberries and cherry pie. Firm tannins.
